This is a story about Joseph and his eleven brothers. He could tell the meaning of dreams. One day his father, Jacob, got him a rainbow coloured coat. His brothers were jealous and threw him into the well, and sold him to some merchants headed for Egypt. His master saw how kind he was as a servant, to all the other servants, and so gave all he owned to Joseph. And his master was the lord, so Joseph became the Lord of Egypt. One day the brothers came to Egypt and Joseph didnt recognise them so he threw into the jail. But he told the brothers who he was, and they forgave each other.

Jasmine, Henry, Bianca and Alex like this story. They liked how Joseph could read the meanings of dreams. They liked the drawings and the colour.

The story is about a boy called Joseph and his father and his eleven brothers. Joseph could tell what dreams meant. Joseph was very special. Ten of the brothers didn't like Joseph because they were jealous of him.  His father seemed to like Joseph more than the others.

One day Jacob, the father, bought Joseph a colourful coat and the brothers decided to kill Joseph but Rueben the brother who liked Joseph the best said not to kill him.

Joseph ending up going to Egypt. First he was a slave for the Pharaoh and then he ended up becoming the governor of the whole land of Egypt.

In the end Joseph helped his brothers and father by feeding them during the famine of Egypt.
