Poppys Path Koala Books 2001 95p., pbk., 11.95 0864613377
| This book is about a girl called Poppy. Poppy wants to go on an adventure. At the end of her adventure, Poppy ended up at where she started, her village, and became a storyteller. I liked this book because I like all Poppys different adventures. It is something I would like to be doing. I think it was a good book for my age group (8). It was very enjoyable to read when I was going to bed especially. The illustrations in the book were mainly small and were on nearly every page. They had no colour they were sort of sketches in what looked like lead pencil. I thought they were very good illustrations. Poppys Path was funny at some stages and exciting at others, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys using their imagination and loves adventure stories (and animals too!) Rebecca, 8,Canberra
