Let's geta Pupis a wonderful book, written by Bob Graham! All children who are just startingto read will love it. The story in itself has a lot of meaning and sense. Thestunning pictures are all very detailed. It is easy to understand the story,with all the huge and colourful pictures, to help you. There is always somethinghappening in the pictures, so all children will have fun pointing them out. Thisis a book like none that I have ever seen and will be treasured by all.

Thisis my book report on Lets Get a Pup; a picture book written by Bob Graham and publishedby Walker Books.
Firstlythe text in Lets Get a Pup was in a good, clear font. It was easy to read and the size could have been a little bitbigger but was still very good ant the size that it was. All the writing was in a straight line which didnt look as interestingas having it in swirls but made it easier for younger readers to understand.
Secondlythe pictures were large, clear and easy to see. They were also coloured lighter and did not stand out as muchas ones in other books which for the book I thought the way it did suited itmuch better.
Lastlythe story was a good one for younger readers and it ended happy so they wouldnot get upset. Younger childrenalso usually like animals and as the title says it is about a dog. The use of words is good but there but there are not that many adverbsand adjectives which in a childrens picture book is probably good becausethey may not understand all of them that are put in there.
Sothat is why I think that Lets Get a Pup by Bob Graham and published byWalker Books is an extremely good book for lots of younger readers to read andlook at the pictures.
