This book is about bugs. It tell you all about really small bugs on the floor that you can’t see. They tell little bits about different bugs like wasps, spiders and snails. They tell about ant trails and how to make slime too.
It has good things and bad things about bugs as well as funny things and weird things. Did you know that slugs can come out of the drain in the bottom of your shower? That happened to me once. And if cockroaches’ heads come off they can still walk around for quite a while. They breathe through other openings in their bodies and they have low blood pressure so the blood does not squirt out when their head comes off.
The cover is good. It is colourful. It is easy to read and some words are hard. It has an index and a glossary and a list of websites where you can find out more about bugs.
It was interesting. The pictures are really good. Some of them are cartoon and some of them are real. I think probably 10-year-olds to teenagers would like this book.

I made a big mistake reading this book. My review was due and I hadn't done it so I read it in bed, and all night I had nightmares about what might be crawling over me.

You will be scared to walk around your house again. Even though it says most of the things are harmless, you will find yourself looking for them and giving yourself the creeps.
WARNING : IF YOUR MUM TELLS YOU TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM WEAR GLOVES AND A MASK
I did not know how many bugs and bacteria are lurking in my bedroom even though it looks clean unitl I read this book.
This book is all about the bugs and beast and bacteria and bodies that are in and around your house. You will be surprised at how many there are but also at how many of them do a really important job in the environment.
But I still think if a creature has more than four legs then it has too many for my liking.
