Ruby Roo is a little kangaroo who does all the things that pre-schoolers like to do.

The first book is about trying to find Ruby Roo's teddy. It is a lift-the-flap book and the words help the child learn what words like near, inside, behind and outside mean.

The little person that I read this to was soon joining in with "No, that's not my teddy!" We had lots of ideas about where the teddy might have been but the ending was a surprise.

In Ruby Roo Jumps Too High Ruby Roo doesn't listen to her parents and she jumps so high she lands on the moon! How will she get down? We laughed and laughed at the ending.

We had a lovely time sharing these books. We liked the clear, colourful pictures. We would like to read more Ruby Roo books.
